^ Back to top The HIV PEP Hotline is a 24 hour, 7 day a week hotline for members of the public who have or think they may have had a sexual or other non-occupational exposure to HIV.Anyone can call the HIV PEP hotline service – no referral is necessary, however, if the occupational exposure occurs in an SA Health workplace, follow the procedure outlined on the Workforce Health page on the SA Health intranet. Calls are answered by a Registered Nurse who will conduct a risk assessment based on the information provided by the caller.We offer free, confidential, sexual and HIV services in London and Surrey.Our services include STI testing and treatment (GUM), contraception, HIV and viral hepatitis testing, treatment and care.For more information visit the Youth Health Service website.
